Our programs provide students a unique series of enrichment and youth development opportunities, while simultaneously providing them with skills they can readily use after graduation.
REMOTE LEARNING: The “I WILL GRADUATE” youth development program offers remote learning for students K – 12. Students can use our instructional videos to further enhance their academic development, arts in education, and extracurricular activity. Our remote learning programs are designed to keep students highly engaged, boost student morale, support social-emotional development, and much more. ARTS IN EDUCATION: The “I WILL GRADUATE” youth development program is designed to Connect, Inspire & Empower students through various leadership, academic development, career awareness, mentorship, music, and art programs.

I WILL GRADUATE PEP RALLY ASSEMBLY: Our award-winning spirited pep rallies are galvanizing events for students. We use a high-energy approach to address important issues as well as build school spirit. Each pep rally comes with a DJ, dancers, mascot, clown, and tons of cool giveaways.
MENTORING: Our mentoring program is a vital layer in our youth development program that is intended to propel students with skill development, recognition, and cultivation of their talent. We foster a relationship of honesty and support between the mentor and mentee.
STEM PROGRAMS: Our S.T.E.M. program fosters learning in which students are guided to produce original ideas, objects, and structures using concepts and skills from math, science, and technology. We aim to grow student's capacity for creativity, fun, and back-loaded learning in a STEM context. The following are programs we offer:

CAREER & COLLEGE ACCESS: We encourage students to seriously consider their future and to broaden their horizons when it comes to high school, college, and later careers. We facilitate college tours, parent workshops, and provide resources about financial planning for college. We also support students with SAT, ACT, and Regents prep!
WORKSHOPS & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: We offer a wide variety of innovative workshops for youth and parents, as well as professional development for school staff. We offer innovative tools and information that promote greater academic success. This is a chance for students and parents to develop focused learning techniques that will energize them through their acceleration.

“IN THE CLASSROOM” SERIES:
"In The Classroom": Tonya Lewis Taylor, founder of the Entertainers 4 Education Alliance/I WILL GRADUATE Program sits down with high-profile guests to discuss their pathways to success through cycles of struggles and triumphs. Originally taped in front of a live student audience, it was first developed as an afterschool program to encourage students to make beneficial choices for the future such as staying in school. The informative series continues with a fresh lineup of compelling voices set to intrigue and inform students seeking motivating conversations.
Violence Prevention Program:
Entertainers 4 Education Alliance - I WILL GRADUATE program collaborated with the Mayor’s Office and Young Men Initiative to provide mentoring and academic enrichment programs. The primary focus is to help young people in key areas such as:
Avoiding negative behaviors and achieving success
Sharing positive values and developing better attitudes toward school
Increasing social and emotional development
Improving self-esteem
Reducing conflicts/bullying
Promoting good decisions while building future leaders.
